Technology based Monitoring and Evaluation for Microenterprise project

Access development services is implementing a capacity building project for small Grocery Shops in two Indian cities. This project is being undertaken with support from MasterCard Foundation. The project aims to train 4,000 grocery shop owners in important business skills. M2i has designed a technology based Monitoring and Evaluation framework for the project. This has included:
1. Customisation of "Access M2i" mobile application for the project monitoring.
2. Design of questionnaires for baseline and endline studies, quarterly monitoring visits and training feedback.
3. Preparation of a dashboard for monitoring different components of the project.
4. Preparation of required report on the basis of data collected using the Access M2i mobile application.
